Degree in Business and Economics at University of Bologna. Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants since 1987 and enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors Nr 7006 since 1995. He is also a Court Appointed Expert Witness.

Company crisis solutions, accounting and fiscal consultancy, VAT, balance sheets drafting, extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers and transfers), company valuation and profit-sharing.

He is an insolvency administrator and statutory auditor for many insolvency procedures. He is also a supervisory board member, statutory auditor and advisor for many companies.
